Gladiator- Personal Project

Hi guys, I have done this one during my winter break. I have not used so many references for this one. By the time I was looking for references I already had a sketch with how I wanted him to look. I still do not think that it is finish, but I wanted to share it with you at this stage.

In the left, there is a photo frommy sketchbook, and in the right, it is the linework I have done in Photoshop.

Robot- Personal Project

Hi guys, I have started this one during my free time in the first term at the university. For this image I have not used any reference, or textures. It is all done from imagination. I am not so glad with the pose, it is simply boring. I will try in the next ones to get a more dynamic pose.
If there is something that you think I can modify, or I can do different next time, please at a comment.

Games Encounters Winter Submission

In this project was destined to give us an understanding of game engines, their purposes and functions; the basic elements of cinematic level design; and to enable us to create cinematic events, triggered in code with C#.
               Our level had to include:
"·         The triggering of a sound through player input OR the players location.
·         The triggering of an animation through player input OR the players location.
·         A event requiring both player input AND the players location simultaneously."
               Our level had to exclude:
                               "   -   AI (Artificial Intelligence)
                          -  Realistically Textured Meshes "

I have included photos from all my level, the story board and the one sheet. I will try to make a film with it and uploaded it later. The photos are put in order.

Session 7 - Week of 24th November -The Skeleton Study

This week's assignment was divided in 2 parts. One way to study the human skeleton making sketches of key areas of it in your sketchbook. The second part was to make 3 illustrations of the skeleton(front, back, side view), naming the major moving joints.

Session 6 - Week of 17th November-Maya Basic Deformations and Rigging

This week we had to Rig a fish and to do a basic animation, as you can see I had some problems with my joints, they were to small, and i couldn't find a way to fix it, so my animation my look a bit weird.

The model of the fish.

Sorry it seems I have some problem with the animation(It dose not play the full video), I took it down, I will upload later another one.

3D Modeling Assessment Task – The Temple

Our Visual Design assessment task for Unit 1 of the 3D modeling component is to model a ‘temple’ from a concept image - Temple modeling challenge. This is my progress till now, I will try to update it regularly till I am finished.

New update on the Maya assignment. It is almost done, I still have some problems with the top roof, basically it wont let me texture it properly. When I try it in The Uv Texture editor, none of the pieces move.
New update, I have managed to solve some the problems.

The last update.
